Anesthesia 
We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients. Using the most modern equipment, the patient's vital signs are monitored during all anesthetic procedures.  We are proud to be of the only veterinary hospitals in our area offering Sevoflourane.  This is the newest and safest inhalational anesthetic available.
   
Hospitalization
While we realize your pet will feel more at ease at home, there are some services which can only be performed in the hospital.  We do our best to keep the hospital stay as brief as possible. Your pet will be in our general hospital ward unless there is concern of a contagious disease, in which case he or she will stay in our isolation ward.  Our wards are comfortable and quiet with soft linens.  Cats stay in comfy condos and ambulatory dogs are walked during the day.  Each patient is assigned a veterinary technician who will monitor the condition, food and water needs of that patient and to provide caring attention.  Our veterinary technicians are available to answer questions or concerns you may have, and your pet's doctor will call you to keep you updated on your pet's progress.

Internal medicine consults and Telemedicine
we offer referrals to internal medicine specialists in other veterinary clinics who can aid in the diagnosis of more rare and complicated cases.  We also have the ability to capture ultrasound and/or radiograph images and send these to specialists around the world for outside opinions and analysis.  Typically we can confer with these specialists within the day of sending images which allows for expert opinions and quicker treatment for your pet's illness. 

Radiology Services and Ultrasound Evaluations
We have on-site, modern x-ray equipment which allows us to take high quality radiographs to assist in the quick diagnoses of many disorders.  These radiographs also allow us to see subtle changes and fine detail in your pet's body.  We also provide on-site ultrasound evaluations which give us detailed images and help with diagnoses.

Electrocardiography Services
We have ECG services on site and we are able to consult with cardiology specialists.

Dentistry
We are able to provide full dental cleaning with polishing.  Our dental services also include dental x-rays, tooth extractions, endodontics and oral surgery as well as hand scaling your pet's teeth.  
  
Laboratory
Our in-house laboratory facilities provide for serum chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis and parasite testing. We also utilize commercial veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostics and consultations. Our complete in-house laboratory gives us point-of-care diagnostic abilities when we're treating sick or injured pets, and allows us to properly evaluate every surgical case prior to anesthesia.
   
Pharmacy
We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, flea and tick control products and heartworm preventatives to meet the needs of your pet. We also carry a full line of veterinary prescription diets. We offer HOME DELIVERY of most of our diets and products!

FlavoRx Flavored Medications
We offer flavoring in our pharmacy.  We can take almost any medication, make it into a liquid form adn add flavoring.  Now you can avoid the struggle of medicating your pet.  You can choose from many delicious flavors your pet will love.

Individualized Flea Control Programs
Our veterinary team can develop programs for the specific needs of your pet and your own particular environmental situation. We will review with you the best ways to control fleas in your house, in your yard and on your pet.

Dietary Counseling
We will provide guidance regarding your pet's nutritional needs for each life stage, including dietary requirements for growth, weight maintenance and performance.
   
Behavioral Counseling
We can provide advice regarding the correction of problems such as excessive barking, chewing, spraying, scratching, digging, house soiling and aggression.

Boarding
We provide pet boarding as a service to our clients. All boarders receive personal attention from our caring staff. Pets may be dropped off and picked up during regular business hours Monday through Friday.  We provide 'day care' boarding to our dog and cat patients.  However, we are only able to board cats overnight. 

Bathing
